Red Sea Global (RSG) is the Saudi developer behind two of the Kingdom’s biggest luxury tourism destinations – The Red Sea and AMAALA – on the country’s north-west coast. As more resorts open on islands, desert dunes and coastal bays, Red Sea Global recruitment 2026 has become an important search for hospitality and support job seekers.
RSG is wholly owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund. It builds and runs the destinations, including infrastructure such as Red Sea International Airport, utilities, marinas and staff housing, while many individual resorts are operated by international hotel brands such as Six Senses, St. Regis and The Ritz-Carlton Reserve. In July 2026 RSG announced the opening of Six Senses AMAALA at Triple Bay, with several more resorts expected during the year.

About Red Sea Global
The Red Sea destination covers a huge area of islands, lagoons, mountains and desert near Umluj and Al Wajh, with an airport that opened in 2023. Resorts such as Six Senses Southern Dunes and The St. Regis Red Sea Resort opened first, followed by more properties in phases. AMAALA, further north near the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Natural Reserve, focuses on wellness and arts, with Triple Bay planned for nine resorts.
Sustainability is a core theme. RSG promotes renewable energy, coral and mangrove protection and strict limits on visitor numbers. This creates jobs not only in hotels but also in marine science, environmental monitoring, utilities and destination management.

Can Indians and Other Foreign Workers Apply?
Yes. Because the destinations are new and remote, RSG and its resort operators hire international talent alongside a strong push to develop Saudi nationals. Many front-of-house roles are increasingly localised: under Saudi Arabia’s tourism Saudization rules, receptionist roles have been reserved for Saudis since 22 April 2026, and roles such as tour guide, health club attendant and sales specialist carry localisation targets.
Foreign applicants have better chances in culinary, housekeeping, butler, marine, technical and specialist roles. Remember that your actual employer may be RSG, a resort operator or a facilities contractor, and it is that employer who sponsors your work visa and iqama. A job offer is not a visa, and you should never assume sponsorship until it is confirmed in writing.
